New Year Francesca Card

Hello. Today I'm sharing a inspiration post to support Cute As A Button Digital Stamps. The image I'm creating with today is called New Year Francesca. I think she makes a great celebration card.

I've coloured her using Touch Five Markers and pencils. I used die cuts to created a layered ovel around her. For the base of my card I used embossed glittery card and a strip of stripy ribbon. I've embellished my card with two butterflies.

I enjoyed colouring this very detailed image expecially her dress folds. If you'd like to find more please visit the Cute As A Button Store and Cute As A Button Challenge Blog. Thank you so much for stopping by.

JANUARY INSPIRATION - BROKEN SPIRIT

Good Morning crafty friends!

Linda here with a bit of mid-month inspiration.

This adorable image actually comes with an appropriate scripture, but for the purposes of the card I had in mind, I haven't used it.

We have a precious little girl in our family, who just loves helping her Grandpa when he's working around the house, or on a car (he's a mechanic).  When I saw this sweet image, with the hammer behind her back, I instantly thought about our 'Grandpa's little helper'.

The image is called Broken Spirit, and I have coloured it with Copics.

You can find all my other card details and close-up pics on my blog, so pop past for a visit:

Vannessa's January Inspiration Post featuring Xbox Gamer

Good morning everyone and Happy New Year to you all. I hope you all had a restful and happy holiday.

For my inspiration card today, I have chosen to make a boy's card as I never seem to have enough of these and there's so many fabulous images in the Cute As A Button store to choose from! This one is Xbox Gamer and a perfect image for a teenage boy's birthday card (or as in my case my soon to be 41 year old brother, whose birthday is coming up soon!)

You can pop over to my blogpost here to read more about this card and the colour combos I used to colour her.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to the Cute As A Button Facebook Group and join in the monthly progressive challenge there.

And there is also a monthly blog challenge here too.
