July Inspiration by Judy

Hi all!
It's Judy here sharing my inspiration post for this month!

I thought it would make a quick and easy
fun birthday card appropriate for a boy
and chose this Juggling Clown digital stamp to use.

After coloring the image with pencil colors,
I gathered  a blank 5x6 1/2 in. card base, some papers and dazzles stickers.

I matted the solid card stock on the card base,
the image and some rectangles cut with my DP.

I arranged the pieces on the card base.

Added Dazzles banner, balloons and sentiment.
And I have a finished product!

Inspiration by Nicky

Here is my inspiration for you today. I hope you all like it :)

I made this card using the 'Henrietta Hippo - Bubble Bath' image from Cute As A Button. Find it at the shop link below.

Here are some step by step instructions of how I made the card.

I coloured the image using the following Promarkers and Copics:

Bath - Walnut and W7
Soap - Vanilla
Bubbles - B60
Henrietta Hippo - Caramel, Lipstick Red and Ivory
Hair wrap - YR24 and Yellow

I added a little bit of the clear wink of stella pen onto the bubbles to add a little sparkle.I cut the image to a suitable size to fit the image. I used a 6.5 x 5" card blank and wrapped a piece of matching ribbon around an A6 piece of brown card, the attached it to the card blank using double sided tape. I then mounted the digi image on to the card using foam tape. I added a Scrappers Delights sentiment to the middle of the card and added gems on each side of the card to finish.

I am a couple days late this month doing my inspiration card.

I have made a one layer clean and simple card using the lovely Cute as a Button stamp IMG00279  Chasing butterflies.
Coloured with chalks, Prismacolor pencils and gel pens.
Added sentiment from Create with TLC

(My eyes are getting worse so my colouring is not the best)

A Little Birdie Told Me

This image is called "A Bird In My Hair".  She totally makes me think of the movie My Fair Lady.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut her out.  I colored her with chalk (hair, bird, eggs, nest, dress, shawl), ink (skin) and some glitter gel pen (eyes and lips).  I added some Crystal Stickles to her dress and a little on the bird in her hair.  I added some Glossy Accents on her eyes to make them pop.  My final touch was the gem in her ear for her earring.

I used a pre-cut card pack that was given to me over at Craft Warehouse in Meridian, Idaho when I took a class there.  So, the paper, doily, sequins floss and the gold flourish were all in that packet.  The banner on top was from a Chalk Studio 2 Chipboard Elements set.  The ceramic bird is from a fun little packet of birds I got with the toy house stuff (where they have all the little people, wooden houses, and accessories).  I used Pop Dots to place the image onto the card and Glossy Accents to place the bird on the card.
