Margaret's inspiration post

Hi everyone it is Margaret here and it is my turn to post an inspiration card for Cute as a Button.  I make mostly cute cards so I love the Cute as a Button digi stamps.

I have embossed red card with candy canes embossing folder.
Added strip of candy cane paper down the side from Christmas basics 12x12 paper pad.  Added washi tape.
Punched holly leaves and layered on top.
Stamped Happy Christmas and punched out with circle scalloped punch.  Cut bottom off punch and sponged edges with distress ink, and layered on top of holly leaves.  Added rhinestones for berries.
Printed out Cute as a button Christmas Soldier
Coloured him with markers cut out and layered on top.  Added rhinestones
Layered all onto green card.

 I have used Faber Castel  colored pencil.

Some coloured paper and a white base for the card.

Heyda punch with butterflys

Some tags and a doily

Red roses white flower that I distres red and a white wool with a gold string.
On the hearts dies I have punch "For you", "My friend" and "B F F"
