March Inspiration by Judy

Hello everyone!
It's Judy here to share some inspiration here on the

I created a note card set using the

I colored the 4 fairies with pencils and pulled out
coordinating solid color card stocks.

Next I fussy cut the images and cut down the
colored card stock to fit the front of my A2 size cards
and white card stock to use as the background for the images.

I embossed the white background pieces with an embossing folder
from Hot Off the Press. Then die cut circles to fit the center
of the embossing with Sizzix framelits dies.

I layered all the pieces and this is what I ended yo with!

I think these will make a nice gift set for someone all tied up with pretty ribbon!

I hope I've inspired you just a little bit today
and that you'll check out this set and the other products available at

Victoria's March Inspiration Post using Rose Garden

Hi everyone!! Victoria here, I'm stopping by to share my inspiration post for this month. I've created this using a Cute As A Button image called Rose Garden. This is one of the gorgeous new images that can be found at the Cute As A Button Store.

I've made a Z fold card with her. She has been coloured with Touch Five Markers, Spectrum Noir Markers and Pencils. I coloured all the added elements including the background with Distress Inks. I die cut the swirls, butterflies, leaves and heart boarder die cut. Then I used my Brother Scan n Cut to cut out two SVG files of roll up roses. I made a tag hidden within the card which you can slide up and down. I hope you like my card.

We'd love it if you could stop by and see the current challenges going on at the Cute As A Button Challenge Blog and a Progressive Challenge on the Cute As A Button Facebook Group.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Peekaboo Slider Card With Progressive Freebie Image

My inspiration card this month was created using this month's progressive Freebie image.  I decided I wanted to try making a peekaboo slider card.  I've seen this one done a few times and love how it works.  I followed Dawn's directions on her Youtube tutorial.  Due to the fact that I don't have the right punches, I had to substitute for a round die.  I cut all three circles at the same time.  Since I use only digital images and sentiments I had to adjust for that as well.

I colored our sweet Flamenco Dancer using chalks, gel pens and promarker.  I added some fabric flowers, paper flowers, butterflies, ribbon, and lots of gems.  The age sentiment is from Create With TLC, The happy birthday sentiment is mine.
